Along with works on paper, she makes sculptures, ceramics, and textiles, which often incorporate recurring motifs such as artifacts from classical and ancient cultures. When drawing her fragmentary narratives she asks, “what is the minimum information needed to move the story along?” None of her characters have names and she often whites out or removes elements to keep interpretation open-ended.
